There was no match this Sunday between Oscar Couilleau And Hugo Brandtrecent winner of the Gounouilhou with his club, for the final of the Jacques Léglise Trophy. The first named largely beat his opponent by Cannes-Mougins in this 36-hole clash to win his first title of French Men's Champion. He succeeds Darren Strachan.
The representative of Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche ended this final after 27 holes with a score of 10&9. The one who had disputed the Cazoo French Open (missed cut) last year very quickly took the lead thanks to five birdies on the first ten holes on the Maine-et-Loire course.
