Semenyo is not a target for Arsenal in January
Arsenal does not have plans for a January acquisition of Bournemouth winger Antoine Semenyo at this juncture, as reported by TalkSPORT.
The Gunners currently boast one of the top squads in the league, and they have ample choices on both sides of the attack. Semenyo typically plays as a left winger; however, Arsenal is well-stocked in that area with Leandro Trossard, Gabriel Martinelli, and Gabriel Jesus. Eberechi Eze and Noni Madueke are also capable of playing in that position, suggesting that there is no pressing need to bolster this section during the winter transfer window. TalkSPORT indicates that Arsenal does not intend to pursue Semenyo unless either Jesus or Trossard departs the club during the season. Semenyo has recorded 10 goal contributions in the league this season and has a release clause of £65 million in his contract, which is active for the initial 10 days of January. Manchester United, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, and Liverpool are said to be interested in securing his signature in the upcoming transfer period.
