Three alterations for Arsenal vs Everton
Arsenal’s head coach Mikel Arteta has introduced three adjustments to the starting XI for this evening’s Premier League match against Everton away from home.
Earlier today, Manchester City ascended to the top of the league table after a dominant 3-0 victory over West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium. The Gunners can secure their position with a win against the Toffees. They have not triumphed over the Merseyside side in their last two encounters and have a chance to break that trend. Ahead of the match, Arteta has opted for three revisions. As anticipated, Riccardo Calafiori resumes his place at left-back following his suspension. Jurrien Timber shifts to right-back this evening in place of Ben White, who is sidelined with a hamstring issue. There are also a few modifications in the attacking line. Martin Odegaard steps back into the number 10 position ahead of Eberechi Eze, while Leandro Trossard has been selected over Gabriel Martinelli for the left wing.
