The Bianconeri have triumphed in seven of their last eight matches across competitions; however, they find themselves one point behind fourth-placed Roma. Juventus have a clear focus for January. West Ham’s Guido Rodriguez has been presented to the Bianconeri, and club officials are currently evaluating the Argentine. Per Sky Sport Italia, Sandro Tonali remains Juventus’ top priority, although the Italian is unlikely to be available from Newcastle during the winter window. Davide Frattesi is another target for Juventus, and while the Inter midfielder does not precisely fit the Regista mold, Spalletti is well aware of how to maximize his potential, having seen the 26-year-old emerge as Italy’s top scorer during his time as the Azzurri head coach. Juventus is also in search of a backup for Kenan Yildiz. For this position, Gazzetta has identified Federico Chiesa (Liverpool), Simon Adingra (Sunderland), Kevin Schade, Mikkel Damsgaard (Brentford), and Gonzalo Garcia (Real Madrid) as potential candidates for the Old Lady. Juventus defender Gleison Bremer and Roma forward Paulo Dybala (@juventusfcen) The Turin-based club is not projected to pursue a new centre-back unless one of the existing central defenders departs this month. Gleison Bremer has recently returned to the field, and the Bianconeri are hopeful that the Brazilian will be available for most matches in the later part of the season. However, there is a possibility that the Bianconeri could seek a new right-back, as Joao Mario has struggled to adjust to Serie A. Joao Cancelo is a potential option for January 2026, though both Inter and Barcelona have also shown interest in the Portuguese player. New sporting director Marco Ottolini, who arrived from Genoa, has his sights on the Grifone right wing-back Brooke Norton-Cuffy, although the Englishman comes with a sizable price tag.
