Nigeria comfortably secured a spot in the quarter-finals of the Africa Cup of Nations by defeating Mozambique 4-0 in Fez.

Just five minutes after, it became 2-0. Iwobi’s precise no-look pass from midfield reached Lookman on the left, whose low cross was deftly flicked by Adams for Osimhen to finish with ease.
The match was effectively decided two minutes into the second half, as Osimhen netted another simple tap-in at the far post following an impressive run down the left by Lookman.
Lookman proved pivotal once again as Nigeria increased their lead 15 minutes before the end of regulation. The Atalanta winger set up Adams, who struck his third international goal, signaling a strong intent from the Super Eagles to their title rivals ahead of a more challenging encounter in Marrakech on Saturday.
