Kith unveils exclusive adidas F50 Spider – but ownership is not an option
This month, the renowned New York streetwear brand Kith, in collaboration with adidas Football, unveiled their 2025 Fall Collection, featuring stars Paul Pogba and Paulo Dybala. The capsule showcased fiery motifs, distinct pinstripes, denim-inspired outerwear, and more – a daring blend of football tradition and streetwear aesthetics. Now, Sam Handy, adidas’ VP of Product Creative, has hinted at an additional offering for boot enthusiasts: a limited F50 Spider x Kith Friends & Family edition. The F50 Spider made its debut in 2004 and has maintained its status as a sought-after item among collectors since then. This latest version is transformed with a brown fabric base adorned with an eye-catching web-patterned overlay, while the tongue covers are crafted from a white snakeskin-like material featuring dual Kith & Kin branding. A retro-style heel clip has been modernized with SPRINTFRAME 360 tooling for enhanced performance, and “Kith” lettering runs down the spine next to adidas’ performance logo. The downside? They will not be available for purchase. It has been disclosed that the F50 Spider x Kith is exclusively for Friends & Family, meaning unless you’re part of Ronnie Fieg’s close-knit circle, these grail-level boots will be entirely out of reach.
