Terms of Service

1. The service

MySportsLive HD provides an informational schedule of live sporting events and links to third-party embedded streams, plus a directory of 24/7 channels. The service is provided free of charge, "as is", and availability of any particular stream is not guaranteed.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, spam or abuse the site.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you when accessing third-party content.

3. Third-party content

All video streams are hosted and delivered by third-party providers, not by MySportsLive HD. We do not host, upload or control those feeds and are not responsible for their content, quality or availability. Rights holders can request removal through our DMCA process.

4. Accounts (if enabled)

Member accounts are optional. Keep your credentials confidential; activity under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySportsLive HD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or third-party streams.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
